From 2018, RMY get the Geiger Mode APD production technology transferred from former Princeton Lightwave Inc.(PLI), build TO-46 and TO-8 single photon detectors (SPADs) for Quantum technology. The unique PLI 1064nm or 1550nm InGaAs/InP Geiger Mode APD chip will be inside the SPADs, including the next generation Negative Feedback GmAPD.
